hidden away behind electric gates and a high walled hedge, in
the residential area of Mougins. Ideal for those wanting privacy.

American-style kitchen is fully equipped: with dish washer, traditional
oven, micro wave, cooker, fridge with freezer and a washing machine
in a separate utility room.
- The nice breakfast bar seats up tor 8
persons and two French windows lead onto the terrace.
The living room is situated on the ground floor and has direct
access to the garden and swimming pool. It is very well furnished
with leather settees and has highly-polished terracotta flooring,
French television, CD player and a quality dining suite.There
is an office area with a single bed. A separate WC is on this
floor.

On the ground floor:
Bedroom 1 - This bedroom is pleasantly decorated, with a double
bed (140x180cm) with en-suite shower room and WC. The room has
direct access to the swimming pool.
On the first floor:
Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom has a queen size bed (160x190cm),
TV and Bathroom with WC.
Bedroom 3 - The third bedroom has a single bed.
Bedroom 4 - The fourth bedroom has a large single bed, shower
room and WC.
Bedrooms 5/6 - This bedroom has a single bed and access to another
room with a single bed, separate shower room and sinks.

 The large garden
contains an L-shaped swimming pool and swings for children. A
little river passes below the garden.
