Accessed by a private unsurfaced driveway off a quiet country road, it is a tranquil haven of privacy. French windows fill the rooms with light and colour. Sunlit terracotta floors lead directly onto garden terraces where cork oaks cast dappled shade on the surrounding lawns. Looking out over the valley from the peaceful poolside, it is hard to believe that the bustling Riviera coastline and the centre of Cannes are only 20 minutes away.

On two floors, four double bedrooms (twins)with en-suite bathrooms, spacious open plan kitchen / dining room (seats ten), comfortable sitting room with fireplace, large family playroom, entrance hall, stairway and cloakroom with guest toilet.   Wisteria shaded patio with outdoor dining table and barbecue.
