Sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. Mas de Valbonne is a charming 300 year old large stone build Provencal "Mas". It has been beautifully restored with a great eye for detail. It is located 5 min. walk from the beautiful traffic free Valbonne square, with it\'s lovely bars and restaurants. There are 3 golf courses all within 15 min.

The house consists of 3 floors, with a total living area of 400 m2 (4000sqft). The ground floor consists of a very tastefully decorated living room with an open fireplace, Sky TV with all the sports and movie channels and it\'s surround sound system, video and DVD player. Through and archway one enters the very spacious dinning room with it\'s partly exposed stonewalls. It is also home to an excellent Bang+Olufsen sound system, and another cosy sitting area with leather sofa and chairs.

Though another arch one enters the state of the art stainless steel \"Boffi\" kitchen, with a big cooking range and a Gaggenau oven, microwave, espresso machine, large fridge and a breakfast bar. Adjoining the kitchen is the laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and an American fridge/freezer with it\'s icemaker.

First floor houses the large master suite with it's 6ft bed and 20m² bathroom, Sky TV, dressing area.   There are two more good sized en-suite double bedrooms on this floor. The third floor houses three more bedrooms, one en-suite, and two share a bathroom

The ground floor\'s big arched windows look over the beautiful large pebbled courtyard, where the all fresco dining takes place in the shade provided by a very old tree. Easy access from the kitchen and a Weber BBQ is provided. From the courtyard, steps take you down to the swimming pool. Outside the gates of the courtyard is another 6000m2 of garden at your disposal. This includes a boule court, and a goalpost for kids to play football to their harts content.

There is an English couple living in a separate villa on the property that look after the pool, garden, and the smooth running of the property   They both speak fluent French and can organise babysitters, airport pick-ups, boat trips, additional maid service, ironing, or a cook should you so desire. Mas de Valbonne is an excellent home away from home and a fantastic base to explore the coast and mountains of the cote d\'Azur.

Mas de Valbonne has a private fenced 10 x 4 m swimming pool with a diving board, sun lounges and a hot and cold shower. Secure parking for several cars.

Price per week  July/August  £3795 (Security deposit required. Prices are inclusive of electricity and end-of-stay cleaning.)
