This is a beautiful private villa lying on the hilltops of Vence with stunning views of the ocean (almost from Nice to the Cap d'Antibes) and of the other side of the valley towards Grasse. Peaceful due to its situation in a quiet residential area and walking distance from the village The house has four bedrooms: two double with sun patios, one twin-bedded with private terrace and one double downstairs leading out to the main terrace. There are three bathrooms and four toilets (two en-suite).

The house contains a large bright new kitchen and dining area with a gas hob, microwave and electric facilities, it also contains a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a celler for storing wine and those French savoury cheeses.

The living area is divided between the large covered terrace which runs the length of the house and looks over the swimming pool and adds valuable shade on the hot summer afternoons, a perfect place for lunch before the siesta and the cool open marble floored interior of the house with a warm fireplace for those chilly evenings in the early spring.

The swimming pool is 13 x 7 metres, with 3 steps for easy access at one end and is roughly 2 metres deep at the other. There is an outside solar powered shower, complete with eight sun-loungers on the patio around the pool, a large gas barbeque, electric gates, secure parking within the grounds with additional private parking on the main road for visitors. Finally, Vence is an old living village with its original walls still intact. The village is not as popular as St Paul de Vence which means no large tourist buses blocking the roads. It is full of small restaurants, shops, galleries, however is also capable of providing for all your necessary needs during your stay.
