This is a one and only exclusive original villa positioned absolutely at the top of the hill "Grand Duc" at Mandelieu/Tanneron. Views from here are breathtaking!. You are able to see all the coastline down to Antibes and east to Grasse, truly a 360°vantage point over the whole of the Coté d Azur. 5km from the centre of Mandelieu, drive up the famous bvd des Termes, then along a private roadway climbing up to the Villa Grand Panoramic. The property is set in its own woodland grounds exceeding 25 acres.

The four Bedrooms in the main villa have built in wardrobes and are all en-suite King-size full bathroom and shower WC Twin with shower basin etc. WC. " " " " " WC Double with a bath and shower WC .

The accommodation in the main villa comprises a wonderful lounge / dining area approximately 140 m² in size. This features exclusive polished terracotta flooring. A comfortable television area is adjacent.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances. American style freezer etc.

The outside balcony which is superb as a observation post is also used for dining alfresco, seating twelve around the cedar table . The balcony itself measures 22m x 4m. If you choose, sit in the gardens under the gazebo whist feeding the resident goldfish. Peace and quiet in abundance here.

Slightly lower down the grounds just next to the swimming pool there is a Pool house, recently constructed and offering sleeping for four. This has its own separate cooking facilities and a attractive exterior dinning area on the terrace, at the side of the swimming pool. There are two bedrooms one double, and one twin which share a separate WC and shower room.

Further down the grounds lives a guardian who is quite unobtrusive - but available for any help during your stay.
