This is a family villa just off the route to Opio, very close to the centre of Valbonne and all its shops and restaurants. The villa is built on a large private plot of land surrounded by mature pine trees. There are two double bedrooms upstairs, a single bedroom and two bathrooms, with a office/bedroom on the ground floor equipped with a folding sofa bed. The villa sleeps seven people in total.

The lounge/dining area is very pleasant and well-furnished with two French windows that lead out onto the garden. English satellite television is installed.

The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect in this standard of accommodation and offers a small eating area. Outside there is the main, covered, summer dining area overlooking the gardens and swimming pool.

Surrounding the pool there is a good sized lawn area suitable for children to play. The garden is fully fenced and has electric gates for your security. Parking space for several cars is provided.

Price per week  July/August  £1955 (Security deposit required. Prices are inclusive of electricity and end-of-stay cleaning.)
