This is a luxury villa set midway up the hillside. Enjoying views down to the sea, and facing direct south for a full sun aspect. There are 4 bedrooms (4 doubles / 2 in studio) all with either a shower or bath facilities.

The lounge/dining area is spacious and modern with its unique curving stairway leading up to the higher levels. All the furnishings are tasteful, and of a high quality. Two televisions are installed to accompany the compact disc player. This is a home for entertaining.

The kitchen has all the latest fixtures and leads out onto the covered terrace with its comfortable settees. On the second level there is a small private seating area with a television plus a full size pool table. At the lower entrance to the villa is a separate studio sleeping 2 (en-suite) complete with a sauna.

The whole villa has been made child-friendly by its present owner, with guards around the swimming pool and the internal and external stairways.

A sophisticated alarm system is installed. Private secure parking is provided for several cars. The garden itself is on many levels due to the hill-side construction, however it is well cared for and completely fenced.
