are four bedrooms, all double, all with their own fully tiled
en-suite facilities.
Each bedroom has its own separate air
conditioning system to provide the optimal sleeping environment.

 Externally the terrace is vast and fully tiled
around the competition size swimming pool.

- A pleasant covered area suitable for dining
is adjacent to the pool, as well as a more private area reserved
for sunbathing. The pool itself measures 25m and has a shallow
entry for children.
There is secure parking for more than six cars.

 A resident caretaker lives in a completely separate
part of the villa and is on hand to maintain the water condition
of the impressive swimming pool and to care for the gardens.
