This modern villa was constructed approximately 6 years ago and is well positioned on the prestigious Grand Duc residential domain, entry to which is by an electric security gate.   The property itself is in a quiet cul-de-sac and not overlooked and represents good value for a family holiday.

The kitchen is fully equipped, the units being in light oak and including a breakfast bar with seating for four. The lounge has two sofas, tables and chairs for six as well as various pieces of occasional furniture. French windows give access to the swimming pool and sun terrace area. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower facilities.

Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms - one double and one twin - that share a bathroom and separate WC. Outside, a large swimming pool of 10x5 m adjoins a covered barbecue area, which has a cedarwood dining suite. At the other side of the villa there are more terraces with space for sunbathing.
