This private villa, situated in the "quartier St Mathieu", is set in its own extensive grounds in a peaceful olive grove region, which is completely free from traffic and noise.   The house has been tastefully extended to included a super new luxury kitchen with a adjoining covered dining area. Set in a very large and completely private garden.

On the ground floor is a Lounge/dining area, comfortably furnished, including a large television (French channels only) video and a compact disc player.

The kitchen has been newly refitted with every modern appliance. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwaves, oven etc, and is complete with its own integral breakfast bar.

The sleeping accommodation consists of five double bedrooms. On the ground floor there the principal bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and a separate baby room with cot   There is also a utility room with washing machine and a separate WC. A central stairway leads to the first floor where there are four more double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, which share a large bathroom, and a third with en-suite shower facility. This room has patio doors that lead outside.

The garden is well kept and contains a 12 x 5 metres swimming pool, which is perfectly positioned for maximum sunshine and has a shallow end for easy access and safety for children.   There is a new outside summer kitchen and BBQ complete with full toilet /shower facilities just next to the swimming pool area   There is also a covered barbecue area with exterior furnishings for dining.
