General This Manoir estate is extremely well positioned for inland excursions to the region of Grasse and Arrière Pays. Very close to the village of Valbonne with its many restaurants and traditional market square, there is a local supermarket two minutes from the limits of the Manoir ground.

Accommodation Accommodation is on three levels: The ground floor entry is via the hallway, which leads through stone archways to the billiard room and the lounge/study area with regency period furniture.   A doorway gives access to the courtyard/exterior dining area. There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a sitting room, again well furnished in the same period style, and a separate, fully equipped dining room. The working kitchen, which is on the same level, is spacious and functional, while two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities complete the facilities on this floor.

Continuing up the stone spiral stairway to the second floor, there are a further five bedrooms: two double and three single, all with en-suite facilities.

Entrance to the 18th century Manoir is via large impressive iron gates and a gravel roadway, which leads to the main building. The grounds are extensive, approaching 5 hectares, and include a wonderful circular swimming pool (12 m in diameter) with a paved sunbathing area that is positioned at the side of the property. A permanent covered barbecue lies just behind the courtyard.

Price per week  July & August  £3850  June & September  £2855   (Security deposit required. Prices are inclusive of electricity and end-of-stay cleaning.)
