A top of the market, luxury villa with spectacular views out over the Bay of Cannes and the distant mountain range, this villa is perfect for guests looking for something special.

The spacious lounge has a separate dining area and plenty of comfortable seating, with large television and access to one of the two terraces from where there are uninterrupted views of the sea and coastline..

Downstairs, there is a second lounge, also with television, with access to the pool and second terrace. The whole villa is floored in the finest Italian marble and fitted to a very high standard

There is a fully fitted kitchen and downstairs cloakroom with WC. The four bedrooms comprise a large master with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, a family room with double bed and adult-sized two tier beds, also with ensuite facilities. A third bedroom has full-sized two tier beds and a work station with Fax machine and telephone point - ideal for the Internet; and the fourth bedroom on the lower level has two single beds and ensuite shower room.

Outside, there is ample terracing, with sun-loungers next to the pool. This measures c.11 x 6 metres and has a lost edge filtration system, giving you the feeling of swimming right by the sea. The pool can be heated if required at a small cost for electricity. An external kitchen and dining furniture is ideal for those al fresco meals, while there is also an outside shower. Behind the electric security gates there is room to park several cars and the property as a whole is fitted with a sophisticated alarm system.
