This building (circa 1790) was the original olive mill of the region. Occupying some three hectares, the property still has over six hundred mature olive trees. The mill enjoys an elevated position and is completely private with far-reaching views over the countryside and down to the coastline. It is a wonderfully restored residence, with every modern facility.

There are three bedrooms, two with king-size beds, the third with large twin beds. The living / dining area is beautifully appointed and complete with television and Compact Disc player.

The kitchen has its own dining area with a table in solid oak. Seating is for eight. All the units and working surfaces are newly constructed and of the highest quality and there is also a separate utility room, housing a large freezer and washing machine.

At the front of the Mas is a paved courtyard with exterior furniture. This area faces due South, with shade from the olive trees if required. At the rear of the Mas, surrounded by lawn, is the magnificent 16 x 7 m swimming pool. The covered terrace has a permanently installed barbecue and is perfect for dining al fresco
