This four bedroom villa has been very recently renovated by its present owners with new bathrooms and lower kitchen. It is constructed in a traditional style and built on three levels set in a large garden area up on the hill overlooking Mandelieu.

There is an upstairs lounge / dining room which leads onto the splendid terrace. From here you can view the sea whist dining alfresco. Sky television is installed as is a compact disc and DVD player. The main kitchen is on this level and is well equipped. Also on the same entry level is a double bedroom with its own en-suite facility.

The next level down is accessed by and internal stairway and has 3 more bedrooms 2 twins and a double. These share 2 bathrooms. A comfortable sitting room is here with television etc. On the lower level is an independent apartment fully equipped with a folding bed a summer kitchen including washing machine and all the other items found in a normal kitchen. Just next to this apartment is a shower room WC newly refitted.

On the terrace at this level a BBQ and dining area is next to the large swimming pool (this can be heated for a small supplement)   A good supply of sunbeds are here with plenty of space to use them alongside the pool.

The garden area is substantial and features hidden pathways that lead onto the bouladrome, all being well fenced for security and well maintained At the main entrance to the property there is a sloped standing for 2 cars accessed by electric gates. This is a good-sized family house close to town and A8 autoroute connection, yet private and enjoying great views down to the coast.
