A brand new corner 2 bedroom apartment.  On the top floor( 3rd) of an upmarket building well positioned just outside the centre of the town yet with a short walk to all the beaches restaurants and bars.

The apartment itself has been very well furnished. 2 bedrooms (one double and a twin) that open out direct onto the sun terrace.

The balcony is on an angle and sufficiently large to dine for all the guests.

The kitchen is equipped with every modern appliance with marble worktops.  In the American style with a large breakfast bar. The lounge is spacious with comfortable seating and even a radio CD player and television.

One tiled bathroom and a separate WC.

Access direct to the terrace via two opening French windows. Separate laundry area. Secure underground parking for two cars.

Price per week  July, August & September  £1195 Other dates are available on request. (Security deposit required. Prices are inclusive of electricity and end-of-stay cleaning.)
