owner lives on the entry level and has his own access here. Climb
the short wide, circular stairway to the separate apartment entrance.
The living/dining area is very pleasant , light and airy with
two full length patio windows that lead onto a balcony which
overlooks the swimming pool.

both doubles lie just off this area, one with its own en-suite
bathroom.

and are extensively equipped , every modern appliance has been
