A private sun balcony is positioned just outside the lounge doors and is suitable for dining. Care needs to be taken with small children as this is elevated above the lawned gardens.

There are two bedrooms, one double and a twin, these share a bathroom. Separate Toilet. The kitchen is compact and offers all facilities. A compact disc player is installed and some English satellite channels are on the television.

The residence itself is well-positioned, surrounded by pleasant wooded areas and features its own shops, pizzeria, and large swimming pool. There is also a smaller children's pool. Tennis courts are also available for the energetic. Private secure parking for 1 car.
