upper floor of a substantial private villa is situated close
to the local super market (3 minutes), yet completely secluded
within a residential domain.

and respect the needs of all the holiday makers, indeed they
are very friendly and offer to help if asked.
The apartment itself is well furnished and very comfortable.
A private entrance leads into the lounge/dining area equipped
with two sofas, dining table and chairs for six. There are various
other matching pieces and patio windows give access to the balcony.

The
kitchen with new oak units is fully equipped with microwave,
hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Patio doors lead
to the outside covered balcony which has table and chairs for
dining.
- There are two bedrooms, both with double
beds and plenty of wardrobe space.
A large bathroom, which has a double vanity unit, has a shower
head above the bath.

swings and children play area. Securely fenced for peace of mind.
A superb swimming pool with a diving board, has a Roman end for
easy entry and is safe for children.
