This is a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a select residence positioned in the Montfleury area of Cannes. It is quiet, and has beautifully landscaped gardens and a large communal swimming pool. Being centrally situated it offers easy access to the center of Cannes with its shops, restaurants, festivals and nightlife.

The apartment itself is very comfortably furnished and has a large lounge with a dining area. From this room patio doors open out onto a balcony that overlooks the gardens towards the pool. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and its its own dressing room. There is a separate WC off the hallway. A balcony runs along the rear of the bedrooms.

Having windows to the front and rear of the building, the apartment benefits from a gentle through breeze, welcome in the summer.   The lounge has two sofas and other occasional furniture. There is a circular glass dining table, antique bureau and reclining sun chairs for use on the balcony.   The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, microwave, gas hob, large fridge freezer, and a washing machine. A small balcony is convenient for drying clothes, or to take breakfast in the morning. Cable television is installed.

There is a underground parking spot reserved for guests. Entry to the residence is via electric security gates.

Price per week Available all year round  June, July & August  £875 Rest of year   £785 (Security deposit required. Prices are inclusive of electricity and end-of-stay cleaning.)
